The old notes must be registered with CBN portal before proceeding to commercial bank. It's a mop up. 10th February deadline remains unchanged. It's no longer a legal tender. CBN only wants to retrieve it back so that people will not lose their money. You better deposit now before it's too late

You don't even understand anything at all. You can only register once on CBN portal and use your bvn once. You can't generate code twice with one bvn and you can't deposit more than the amount on the form. This exercise will end on Wednesday. Go and read the CBN circular.
CBN want to remove the old notes completely from circulation before the election since the governors are encouraging people to use them. This is another way to completely tame the governors. Get your fact correct and think we'll.
