Are u for real? U are comparing the contract of a national team coach to the contract a club side coach has?

For starters most national team coaches are not grade A coaches like that. Their contracts surely will reflect that. Club side coaches on the other hand play a whole lot of games and it reflects in their pay; also they have huge severance package as their insurance in case they are sacked by the management before their contract runs out.

If u notice, the highest u will hear is that a club and the coach part ways by mutual agreement. This means they still got paid for being asked to go. A national team coach too might get paid severance package but at times its not as much as 60m Potter is looking at here
