Simon Ekpa's Unknown Gunmen lack the manpower and capacity to stop the Presidential Election in South East on the 25th , so he will largely depend on Propaganda and fear mongering to stop people from going to the poll .

Simon Ekpa's unknown Gunmen operate mostly in very interior villages that is largely inaccessible , the have under there effective control 64 polling units out of 21,552 units in the entire 5 south east states, this represent 0.29% of the polling units

To be able to effectively stop or distort the election Simon Ekpa will need to deploy minimum of 215,000 unknown Gunmen on election day . Clearly his ragtag army lack such capability and deployment, so expect enhance Propaganda and minimum show of force in the coming week by unknown Gunmen in Rural areas .

INEC is already ahead of the game by reassigning polling units , people will be reassign from Areas control by unknown Gunmen which cannot be defended on election days to more secure areas to vote .

The Nigeria military will need to completely cut off those villages within the 64 units like Leprosy infected patient to deny the unknown Gunmen the ability to move into city centre , I will advise massive deployment for cut off operation from 23rd and isolation of villages and road .

64 unit out of 21552 units will not affect Peter Obi chances especially with reassigning of polling units by voters
