I've given up on Klasha cos I couldn't complete the kyc. They were looking for proof of address which is strange to me. Telling me to show NEPA bill with my name clearly written on it. Omo I've changed apartments a couple of time and my current bill bears my landlord's name. It's frustrating. I've done a lot of kyc and I've never had to provide proof of address.

but the Nepa bill shows your current address? If yes you can use it or better still use a bank statement.
