Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court, Lagos, has granted the prayer of the Labour Party, LP, seeking an order to bar the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, from using the chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musliu Akinsanya, better known as MC Oluomo, from distributing election materials in Lagos.

Dead on arrival.
INEC has contracts with bus owners in garages. All the bus owners in approved garages are his people . INEC needs buses driven by experienced Lagos drivers with street credibility.
MC Oluomo does not need INEC, it is INEC that needs MC.

This changes nothing honestly.. INEC never said they are using MC Oluomo to transport the materials.. They will use Public Transportation system in Lagos the way they have always done in all election circles..

Justice Chukwujeku should also bar INEC from using transport unions in other states since they all have close relationship with politicians and state executives.

Better still he can order inec to bring in Anambra transporters to distribute materials in Lagos.

He's trying to create crises and frustrate the coming elections. An appeal by Lagos park management will throw this emotional judgement under bus.
