INEC is perfecting the delivery of this election to Atiku........ But they must bear in mind that that Jagaban is matured in his thirst for power and already knows how to peg the holes.
It will not be business as usual going forward.
Jagaban will morph and adjust as needed to express his system.
It is safer for INEC to deliver to the true winner PO, the grievance will be less and Nigeria as we know it, remains familiar.
