you’re looking to adopt a dog not purchase one, so you’re basically begging for a free dog, you having a dog doesn’t change the fact you came up here to beg for a dog, he was just stating the fact which is you begging for a free dog.
To top it off, you’re saying terms and conditions apply, for person wey dey beg for dog sha.

Ok o . Just seems weird since we don't often do dog adoption in Nigeria unlike in the US where there are very many dogs hence some needing to be adopted otherwise killed

even in the U.S you pay an adoption fee, plus they might even check their financials to know if they can really take care of the dog
