The problem I see here is a philosophy not going well, remember boehly and co said they want to stop hire and fire culture,rather implement a long term stability in the team ,well the philosophy failed or rather they gave it to the wrong manager ,they should cut their losses try again until they find the perfect manager.that fits there ambitions
