Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party
(PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has won the presidential election in
Sokoto state.
Atiku won the election with 288,679 to beat the presidential
candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who polled
285,444 votes.
Tinubu was leading Atiku with about 7000 votes after results
from 22 local government areas had been announced.
However, the result from the last local government area,
Tambuwal which is the hometown of Governor Aminu Waziri
Tambuwal overturned the result, and put Atiku ahead with
3,235 votes.

According to the result which was announced around 2am,
presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) came third with
6,568 votes while Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso of the New
Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) scored 1,300 votes.
The returning officer, Professor Muhammadu Kabir noted that,
election from 471 polling units across 133 registration areas
were canceled over violence, among others issues.
He noted that, the cancellation affected 301,499 registered
voters with 254,902 collected Permanent Voters Cards.
Shortly after the announcement, the PDP agent and former
Minister of Transport, Yusuf Suleiman called on the electoral
body to conduct another election in the affected areas.
According to him, the result declared did not represent the
wish of the people of the state because over 300,000 were
denied their right to vote the candidate of their choice during
the election due to violence perpetrated by thugs.
Responding to his call, agent of the APC and the Minister of
Police Affairs, Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi, said INEC
should.be allowed to do its job.

South west got no reason to claim anymore that they are the most educated...this election open their yansh well.

The four major contestants were from the three major tribe
So it means we the South South are the one to choose the most suitable for Nigeria without biased
And we did. We choose obi but due to tribalism the South west refused and supported a man who is sick mentally and physically...national anthem was going on he wasn't Aware

If you can't handover your daughter or sister for Marriage to a sick old man with dementia not physically and mentally fit. Some one not aware of his environment but still you want to support same man to head 220 million Nigeria at this point of our critical situation then may you and your family know no peace


If you are emotionally attached to your tribe, religion and political leaning to the point that the truth and justice becomes secondary consideration then your education is useless, your exposure is useless. If you cannot reason beyond petty sentiments. You are liability to man kind

Electronic voting using a BIVAS is the only way forward.
Anything that involves manual writing of results will always give room for manipulation.

Could Atiku ever be the President of this country? This one too has eluded him. If only he united PDP. If only he let Ayu go. If only he settled with the G5. If only he did not let Obi and Kwakanso go. If only he did not allow the trickish Okowa play games with his head. By the way LP has overrun Delta State and the governorship election will usher in a Labour party governor. A whole lot of "if nots" are there to cause Atiku plenty of regrets. This election was his last chance. PDP is going into disintegration.

I am no longer seeing Atiku in this race, even if the result Will be challenged at the court, it should be between Obi and Tinubu. I believe Obi won this election but the evil on the Nigeria throne will not allow him. If we really want Obi on that throne, we should start commanding fire to kill all these evil personality controlling that presidential throne. That's when somebody like Obi, Osinbajo or Yar'Adua can lead Nigeria.

However going with what I saw in the dream, I am not seeing Tinubu on that throne either
