I think the constitution is clear.., it said 25% in 2/3 of the states and fct… it did not say or fct.
The person must get 25% of votes cast in fct and 2/3 of the states.

25% in 24 states out of all the states in Nigeria including FCT. So once you hv 25% in 24 states you’re thru never mind FCT… separating the terms by saying ‘states’ and ‘FCT’ simply mean that FCT took another name due to its dissimilarities compared to states but it’s included in the description of the rules.

Some of you are just shopping for victory through every means possible. It is you that would say the election was rigged and should be cancelled. At the same time, you will be the one to say 25% is required in FCT to declare a winner. To make the argument for 25% in FCT, at least, you must first accept the results of the election.
