The Senate President and head of the Red Chamber that passed the Electoral Act insisted today that they did not pass an Electoral Act that requires Electronic Transmission. The only word there is "transmission". It was used to mean transfer. I challenge anyone to prove where "electronic transmission" or "instant upload" was mentioned in the Electoral Act. This is just another case of Atiku's "Server" in 2019. The law says "transmission" . INEC can choose manual or electronic transmission. They have the discretion. Seun Mynd44

The Senate President of the supposed “giant of Africa” can’t tell the difference between “transmission” and “transfer” from a bill that was passed in that same chamber! So can they tell Nigerian what the billions allocated for the BVA machines were used for? First it was “the BVA servers were hacked” second it was “the BVA servers are not capable of transmitting large data polled nationwide” now it’s “we said transfer not transmit” They can’t keep up with their own lies anymore….Nigerians deserve transparency! |

N3TRAL:even if that happens, deep down you know he’s not that mystic political force you all claim him to be if he had to brazenly rig the polls against a structure-less party before he could be close to “winning” |

This even gives opposition an excellent reason to file for total cancelation of collated results. Cos according to this clips, it is even easier for INEC to just snap pictures rather than entering numeric data and this must be done first at the polling units before anything. So Other parties now have valid reasons to have the entire results announced by INEC null and void. |

This is pure open daylight robbery They can NEVER escape this rigging The youths are coming for them It will happen so fast that they will not be able to escape Massive Nationwide riots loading Just wait for INEC to announce the results 220,000,000 people and how many soldiers do we have in the arm forces less than 5,000,000. The security forces can NEVER crush over 220,000,000 Nigerians Let that sink |
