jerome263:Interesting....I've been out of the nepa grid for quite some time & I'm thinking of providing my source of energy, Between a sizeable windmil & solar panel which is more cost efficient & will better on long term. I only intend to charge & store up to 3-4Kva of energy for daily needs.

| Re: Welders Forum by Maxxim: 2:59pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
Albertone:The most I've seen welders get paid in most companies I've been to never surpassed 300k per month and in most cases it's for the most experienced. I've only worked as an independent contractor even at that my go home balance after purchasing materials used to pass 200k. Coupled with the dangers and stress, I believe it's not worth it, try seeing most company welders after some years, they don't look good at all. These are reason most welders always strive to learn pipe welding cos they pay higher even here in Nigeria and if one could travel abroad with the skills the least you would make per hour is over $40 as a professional. |

Dreamflyin:. Pls where can I learn machining? Any few months practical training for it? |
| Re: Welders Forum by FarmTech(m): 10:29pm On Feb 23, 2023 |
ogbenimax007:. Where did you learn machining? |
| Re: Welders Forum by FarmTech(m): 10:32pm On Feb 23, 2023 |
Gkay1:. Did you use photochromic glasses? Bc that is the only glass that will protect eyes from the dsngerous UV rays. Those rays are more harmful than the arc brightness. |
