What shortcomings? This is totally wrong from you. The same platform was utilized in the Osun and Ekiti guber elections. There's no doubting the authenticity of it. We are in a country where politicians would hire thugs to intimidate, harrass, kill people to prevent them from casting their votes. Hiring people who'll try to compromise the results it's nothing to them.
