My phone Tecno Pop2 Power takes over 8 hours to charge full. It just started 2 weeks ago.

I have changed charger and cables yet it persists. Please what could be the culprit?

Go and change your charging port
Look for a good Phone technician, explain your problem to him. He'll guide you on what to do..

Three causes:
1. Bad cable
2. Bad charging port
3. An ageing battery

check your charging port, the issue might be from there.

Don't change only the charging port, change the complete down board

Not true.

It's either cable or the charging port.

If the charging port is installed on the down board, then this is true.

Forgot to add, not using the charger that came with the device.

Your charging port is dirty,use you toothbrush to brush the inside of your charging port don't use it when it's wet.try it and thank me later.
When dirt or dust accumulate your charging port it makes your charging be to be slow.
