The President-elect, Bola Tinubu, on Sunday visited Lagos in what could be described as a homecoming of a sort, during which he told Nigerians he would not disappoint them.

Mr Tinubu, according to a statement from his media office made available to journalists said he arrived to a tumultuous welcome at the Presidential wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja.

The statement signed by Tunde Rahman noted that the President-elect was received among others by the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Chief of Staff Tayo Ayinde, Musiliu Obanikoro and other top functionaries in Lagos.

The train then proceeded to the Iga-Iduganran Palace where the Oba of Lagos, Rilwanu Akiolu, some other traditional rulers in the state and White Cap chiefs were already waiting.

Addressing the modest crowd gathered inside the palace, Mr Tinubu, a former governor of the state, likened the primaries and election he went through to a World Cup tournament while thanking God and the people for his eventual victory.

He said his message was one of gratitude, adding, however, that he would work assiduously for Nigeria from the get-go and would not disappoint the people.

He didn't disappoint in Lagos. That's why you jumped into Mallam Aboki's trailer carrying Cows from Maiduguri through Igbo land to Lagos to sell Gala and La Casera inside Lagos holdups and sleep under Lagos bridges. If your consecutive state governors over the decades have done 10% of what Tinubu and his boys have done in Lagos, then you and your family and relatives will not be slaving in Lagos, you would have remained in your village

Meanwhile I learned that some Igbo money men with some Igbo inec officials rigged the election for Obi in Lagos. They need to be fished out and dealt with. I also learned a lot of rigging went in Lagos Island where that useless bigoted labour party's Ipob Terrorist Chinedu Rhodes who's got Brazilian/Seria Leone slave ancestor and Igbo mother lives. another one who should be dealt with. Imagine Igbo men rigging in Yoruba land? The audacity!

Nice. Well, I've thought about this so much. We've seen what Tinubu did in lagos, we see what Obi did, this I was able to discuss with some elders in terms of comparison and I came to conclusion that Tinubu might do a better job working on Nigeria better than Peter Obi could going by their antecedent.

One baba raised a motion that lagos had money and potentials and that was why Tinubu was able to perform and my response was simple, Nigeria has money and potential with great human resources.

Anyway his four years begin soon and I hope I'm not wrong and if I am then we're gonna be screwed for another 8yrs because Tinubu will not loose a second term bid irrespective of who is competing against him, he and his crew has forced this Muslim Muslim ticket on us and even get their bishops to endorse them and we all see what happens at the polls.
