Funny I never heard of him before. I had to go and google him on twitter where he gave some sort of short speech.

Who did we offend in Nigeria, this are the type of guys that should be leading.

If MERIT was the only standard for choosing the next Governor of Lagos , Funsho Doherty would be top of mind . His resume is the best .

What happens to that Club right now. I remember when my boy Laolu Fasanya died in a ghastly accident,they really turned up for him in mourning. It is a big resume for any chic dating an ABC boy in Unilag those days.

His academic profile is clear: University of Northingham, MIT, and UNILAG. One Masters degree in Architecture, another in public policy.

In 2019, he contested for a senatorial seat in Lagos under the PDP and garnered over 35% of total votes cast. Winner had about 40%.

Even though I won't likely vote APC or Labour,.this is Sanwo Olu's record before politics. He became a DGM at FCMB. I have left out his chairmanship at some company as I can't verify them just like I can't verify that of GRV.

My vote is for this new guy. I don't care if he wins or not. Atleast I will know that I made an Informed decision and voted for someone my conscience goes with based on a solid resume.
