You’ll outgrow it. I once excluded myself and locked myself up to cry bitterly that my great grandmother died and felt pity for my dad that he didn’t have a grandma. This is someone that died long before my existence lmao. I’m still being mocked with it till today . It’s all love for your family and nothing more.

You will die, family members, everyone around you, myself included.

In about 90 years from now, allof us will be dead and long gone.

There was a time we were not here and there will come a time we will not be here.

Quit being afraid of death and determine to make the best use of the time you have.

Even Jesus died at some point.

Intrusive thoughts are inevitable just like death. And just like habit formation the more you give in to Intrusive thoughts the more they come. You can do the Jedi mind trick, "these are not the thoughts you are looking for", by forcing yourself to think of something else when such thoughts come. The more you refuse to wallow in it the less they will come.

So by any chance, have you lost a list of family members within a short period of time?

Do you have any family member who is sick and you are scared of losing the person?

Do you have any family member with a terminal illness?

One thing you should understand about life is that, life is indeed a cycle. Humans are field of vibrating energies. I know many people will come at me for this, but I have some proofs to back it up. Death is not the end of life. We'll keep living and dying and being born again and we die again.
People who asked you to pray are not wrong, prayer gives a kind of consolation but people with common sense knows that prayer has never worked since time immemorial. Prayer is just like weed, temporary highness (It gives you the feeling of temporary peace) but the problem is still there.

If a member of the family is sick and you are scared of losing the person, prayer is not what you should result to. If you can afford the hospital bills, don't hesitate to take the person to the hospital ASAP. if you can't afford the hospital bills, there are some NGOs that treat certain sicknesses for free, even cancer.

You can as well run a parallel investigation, there may be a kind of disease that runs in the family lineagery. This is very important.
