Whenver such high casualties occur....it is not unheard for medical professionals to initiate quick medical disaster control protocols.... some pple will just require quick treatment for them to go home...while others that need more care will be admitted later .... sometimes medical professionals go to scene of disaster and treat people and transport those that need admitting into wards.....its not a big deal

Emergency wards of hospital are not built to contain 300 beds like a car park...when its not like cases like this happen everyday......

its the same reason no goverment will employ excess doctors more than needed just because of one-off days when disasters will happen......
