Kobonaire4:Bro, people are suffering hard time, businesses are collapsing because bad implementation of policy and you're still talking of gdp growth and diversifying. People needs to survive first and likely be in better health before those things you mentioned can work. No hungry man who can't feed his family will decide to get himself a water bed to sleep on. |

SMUAG:So we keep taking loans...because that oil money, even without looting is not enough...and the suffering we have now continues. The thing is, if we remove subsides, we guarantee job creation in the oil and power industries due to increased investments, for example. That reduces some suffering. Also raised income in oil and power sector potentially means raised income for the government, which can be funneled into education subsides among other things. |

Ishilove:Initially, I thought it was the shock of who won the Presidential elections. But by now the thing should have worn off. I expect people to demand that the government to get things back to normal again. I don't even want to start with its effects on SME businesses in the country. Almost everyone now has an outstanding issue that takes them to the bank. The way everyone kept quiet, I initially thought everyone has found a way around the situation and I'm the only one behind. But then, I still see them come around to beg me for even as little as one #500 new note so that they can eat and feed their family. And of course they'd pay back through transfer. But as it stands now, the new notes seem to be more valuable than their equivalent in bank transfers. I now wonder why they don't employ the same energy to get this government to do the right thing. Even in advanced countries, their currency notes are not these scarce to the populace. And the servers enabling bank/fiscal transactions are working optimally. Here, the servers have been overloaded beyond their capacity, and upgrade is not yet in sight. Yet this silly government deems it fit to cause untold hardship on its citizens. I don't even want to get started with the disregard of the Supreme Court ruling on the matter. I don talk too much abeg. Let all responsible Nigerians rise up to the occasion and do the right thing. This government provides next to nothing for us. I don't see reasons why they would now act as obstacle to the little comfort and decency that we are trying to provide for ourselves without their help. |

Globad:Please, for God's sake, don't involve tribalism into this. I don't know if you're paid to cause confusion here, but please stop. The welfare of the common masses are at stake here. Let me tell you, even if God himself rules this country, if the lives of the masses are not positively affected by his reign, then his mandate is useless. This policy is wrecking people by God's sake |

The new Naira redesign cashless policy is creating more suffering, so the presidency just needs stop this politics game its playing and give the cbn governor the directive to end this suffering now. |

Please let everyone face front. The masses politicised it before the Presidential election. So there can't be agreement to it for now. Though very unfortunate but that is position we found ourselves. May 29, 2023 is just few months. |

Kobonaire4:Learn to read and comprehend. He never mentioned Obi or elections. He emphasized on suffering and hardship. By the way, I am not suffering because I have a lot of cash from daily sales from my company (distribution, wholesale and retail) but I feel the pain when people buy cash naira with digital naira. |

2elliot:but your peter obi is still supporting the policy Are you sure that they will not use him too? After all he supported covid19 lockdown and he also supported the closing down of the churches during the lockdown ![]() As a believer your hope should be on Lord Jesus and not on a man. It's a big shame if as a Christian you still believe that God can not bless you abundantly even in hard times. ![]() |

PatEinstEin:I don't blame the average Nigerians... Our Politicians are somehow above the law... and its pretty hard to fight someone who law cannot hold accountable .... With that... the Government has introduced Neuroplasticity into the common nigerians which is also known as neural plasticity, or brain plasticity, is the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization. It is when the brain is rewired to function in some way that differs from how it previously functioned. Right now... as a Nigerians you believe its normal to suffer and not do anything... that's why people use this word "japa" which means ESCAPE... YOU CAN ONLY escape this brainwashed if you manage to relocate out of the country |
| Re: Why Is There No Nationwide Riot? by copyrites: 8:46am On Mar 11, 2023 |
The idea is to make you suffer and beg for the money you worked for, so that when Tinubu is sworn in (in their imagination), he will release your money and his supporters will claim that he is best president in the Universe. The idea is simple: steal 100 trillion from the masses. Release 1 million to them. And they will sing your praises to high heaven. Nigerians are cursed, especially APC supporters. |
