Return that phone to wherever or whomever you got it from. Don’t buy iCloud locked devices from anyone, the amount of case that comes with it isn’t worth it. Police might be tracking that device as we speak but you won’t send. Even if it is eventually bypassed, police is still tracking that imei and will get you.

The translation says "iPhone has been locked by the owner, please contact owner here".

The phone was stolen in China.
