Why can't Ohaneze focus on how to rid Igbo lands of Ipob and it's agents of backwardness in Igbo land?

People that go about claiming people's lands have waged war on them, it's same thing as waging war on a people, when you claim their lands. Why are igbos not concerned about southeast but focused on Lagos?
