Let's keep sentiment aside the Total number of Accredited voters is 152.. The 140 votes LP , APC and others scored was not mutilated .The total number of the valid votes cast should be 150 but the person mistakenly wrote 130 . Check very well, u will see that it was corrected to 150 and signed. I didn't see any rigging there. I'm against rigging.
