just read a story about borjan kircic how he failed to live up to the "new Messi" tag ,young players need to be educated to take their development step by step . That's why Bellingham chose Dortmund instead of going to a Manchester United straight up , madueke chose PSV instead of staying at Tottenham ,both are reaping the reward of their wise decision at a young age. Why I'm I writing this random shit? because of endrick that was sold to Madrid, boy was influenced by his parents ,huge expectations on him now which is affecting him mentally, haven't scored in a while media ain't talking about him no more.feel sad for him. should have gone to team like benfica, they'll develop and sell him for £100m in a short while win-win for everybody. Not saying Madrid is bad but signing at that age is a no-no. |

Ballzproblem2:Ain't you the same person pushing Huchitson here? Didn't I tell you exactly the same thing? The mental fortitude required to make it to the big leagues is understated. You need to be them to understand. Let the kids be. |

FBS:they never remove am from limelight 😂,nna eh some of una just like to they complain they saw he ain't ready ,so they removed him totally which is a good thing. chelsea is heading to a right direction in terms of development ,the multi-club model will be the icing on the cake. |

Bayern Munich interested in Mendel idowu, musiala 2.0 over again ,we Don choke our first team with so many young players,no space for Cohbam players. solution:-sell them to the multi-club we want to establish for cheap fee , develop and sell them back to EPL (that is if the players will agree) chelsea academy players have generated money but flop and non flop it will be unwise to let them go for free no matter what before season started west Ham wanted to buy broja for £30m, Crystal palace wanted to sign Gallagher for £30m too ,that is £60m profit easily ,I repeat letting go of academy players free will be unwise |

Ballzproblem2:Endrick situation is different from Bojan jare ,but you have a point though ,Vinicius gambled paid off so endrick own might paid of in the nearest future ,so just observe It’s not compulsory everyone must go to a team like benfica to start up there As for Bojan krikic ,he played for Barca for 4 seasons and was decent ,I see him as our foden then ,winning it all from age 18 ,still went to Roma and ac and Barca even had to purchase him back The down hill of his career started from stoke city Like I said earlier everyone mustn’t go out to a small team to start up ,foden rashford and even iheanacho should be and example ,yes iheanacho ,he is having a decent career at least and he broke out from mancity academy to their star studded team ,and many others sha |

andrewbaba44:I did not say it's compulsory for him to go to benfica, the point is young players should prioritize clubs that has a good track of development for young players ,I mentioned benfica because of the ease for south American players to get easy visa to play for Portugal league. Yes it is not must to go to a small team ,but when you see there's no clear path to first for you in a big team , you go to small team that's my point |

We need a striker because Havertz is not ruthless with shooting and not fast enough for a striker. |
