Because I noticed your search pulled up mostly secondary schools and the poster might be referring to higher institutions.

of course there is... here are a few (these are just in Paris):
- The American University of Paris
- University of London Institute
- Science po (aka Paris Institute of Political Studies) has English courses too
- Panthéon-Sorbonne, (aka university of Paris I) has english courses too
- univeristy of Paris Dauphine also has English courses
- if you have a bachelor's degree, the university of Paris Sud offers masters and doctorates in research, mathematics and science in English
