So what is the noise that Benue was rigged to favor APC during presidential election?

It seems ortom is not that popular in Benue state for a sitting governor that is fighting for his people to lose further ground politically to oppositions

How will u farm when u cañ't àffórd to pay laborers who work for u, u can't afford to buy chemicals that will help in prospering ur crops, how do farm?
U probably don't know anything about Benue, I was in Benue and cîvil servants are selling their properties like generator, refrigerator, TV set etc etc just to pay children's school fees.
Some sell their tanks, u will be in a chemist and u will see a civil servant coming to beg the person in charge to help treat d child on credit, go to houses of civil servants and see d kind of sh*t they eat in benue because they get paid once in 3-5 months.
In the year 2018, school teachers received salary only ONCE, 11 months no payment, last year teachers had to embark on "sit at home" for two weeks before they got a salary in August.
Right now as I am talking to u, Ortom pays salary in a pattern that he selects some LGA, pay them, then till next month before other LGA are paid.
This next month is not 30 days interval, it could 40-60 days as d case may be.
U think insecurity is their problem?
