the government house at Annex only housed the governor office,the other ministries were scattered all around osogbo,the ministry of works was at post office beside first bank;this I am sure of cos my grandpa worked thier. What Baba Akande did was to build Abere so that the Governor seat(Bola ige house) and all the ministries are together,not like those ministries don't have parmanent sites before.
