These projects are good, but they must come after a successful industrialization process to create wealth for their citizens to enjoy the hotel.

Obi just abandoned lots of project as governors, but wants to rule Nigeria to continue abandonment to revive PDP era. Thank God majority of Nigerians have shown him rejection card. Imagine project that could have cost million if he had completed it then has now risen to billion

Anambra is predominantly dominated by indigenous industries and commerce unlike your region that China, Indians, Lebanese, North, Igbos dominate, your government don't look back taxing them, Anambra State government consider it people in other to encourage them, your criminal leaders still with the high IGR still most indebted states in Nigeria, they still borrow to fund projects

In as much as I want them to succeed but the 2.5billion naira might not complete this project considering the plan on ground. Although if the government can block linkages and excessive spending it would go far but I still believe N2.5billion is too small

Tinubu caused that for himself. He didn't have the powers to create local government, why then violate the constitution. Anyways with the amount of money made from tax in lagos, he has enough to work with. If you know how much money lagos makes, how much is being stolen in the ministries, you'll weep for the state of development in lagos .

That what they budgeted this year, it will still be captured in next year budget, the project is meant to last 18 months.
