Now let me update, well meaning Nigerians, on Peter Obi, and Labour Party's petition, in the ongoing tribunal at the court of Appeal.
Obi's legal team tried several times, to reach out to Tinubu, so they can serve him copies of their petition, as directed by the tribunal.


For him to file his response. But after several trials, Tinubu kept dodging the petition, until it becomes obvious, that his act was intentional, as he was only trying to waste the limited time the tribunal has. So the tribunal now instructed Obi's team, to serve him the petition



Through his political party's secretariat. APC secretariat in Abuja. So Obi's team did as instructed, and has since notified the tribunal.
The petition & summon was served on Friday 24th of March.
And should be received officially by Tinubu's legal team, on Monday 27th of March.



From the day of their receipt, they have 21 days to respond, & return their response back to the tribunal. Which will be 17th of April 2023.
After submitting their response, the tribunal will commence official trial of the electoral process, and Peter Obi's petition.
