Who doesn't know there is no way APC could have won in kaduna state with unpopular Muslim- Muslim ticket without rigging. Where as El-rufai could say it that he never stole govt. Money, but can he say with the same confidence that he didn't rig this election or any other before it?

This is not the matter of clueless, is a matter of constitutionalism. Is a must, inec must produce all materials used for the election, inability to do this indicates that they manipulate the election, this will make such election not to stand.
