That is why he is so confident. What Peter Obi is doing at the Tribunal is just formality. The judgment dismissing the petition has already been drafted--waiting to be rendered.

The same courts that have overturned elections won by the ruling power and scathingly criticised government policy on new currency? Or is it another court? You can't say a court is fair only when it rules for you.

Regarding the electoral law and its guidelines. How was it contravened? The act calls for electronic accreditation through bvas, manual voting and manual collation. That is the law for elections. Irev - the result uploads is not part of the electoral process. It is part of an effort to introduce transparency.

At no time INEC promise automatic transmission of results because the law does not enable the transmission of raw voting files. At no time was it promised and it is not technically possible. What people are calling automatic transmission is the despatch of pdf files to a repository. The pdf files cannot be converted back into raw data and without raw data, results cannot be aggregated and totalled.

Its really simple.

this is an incumbent government we are talking about here, that has the military who has the sole right to use guns, at their finger tips. It's not advisable we apply force now. But till after the court judgement. Let it be known, the right process was followed but was as well rigged. Before the riot starts, look at it, the u.s president haven't congratulated tinubu. Who is afraid of Muslims in Nigeria? Certainly not Christians. They are minority hence they fought to remove tribe and religion from census data contrary to world census convention.
