I don't think that port is faulty, it's the flash stick that you need to pay attention to since the port charges your phone. But try a USB cable to connect the flash stick, and see. But if same outcome, the flash stick is faulty.

Please I have a sony bravia 55' 3D smart TV I bought over 8yrs ago. Recently, I noticed it flickering a bit( not very obvious, you have to pay attention to see the flickering).
The questions are:
1. Is there something I can do to fix it without visiting the technician?
2. Sony sales and repair shop or Alaba market, which of these places should I visit? Note, I need someone knowledgeable to fix it immediately.
3. How much do you think I should budget for the repairs?

I'm out to get a 32" TV. I know LG and Hisense are the well recognized brands.

However, I recently came across Weyon TV, with average 15-20k lesser cost and seemingly good picture n audio quality.

What can you guys say about the product?
Has anyone used it and its durable as well as quality?
Is it Chinese abi I should just use the cash and get fairly used LG or Hisense since I can't immediately afford a new one.

I have a Hisense A5100....the HDMI ports don't work....I don't know if it can be fixed and the cost....the other other ports like the av and flash drive ports work fine.

You used inferior HDMI cables, or they've deteriorated.
HDMI cable can cause severe damage to individual components on your tv

I have a 50" Philips 4k smart tv that comes on but has no display.
Model no. : 50PUT6400/12
The sound is audible enough but no pictures, just blank screen. I tried to use a torchlight to see if I can see any pictures in the dark but nothing.
What could be the problem and solution for DIY but if I can't, what could be the price range to fix it? with your experience. Thanks

Who has any experience using the kuhl 32 inch TV on jumia. I know it can't have the same quality as the LG, Samsung and other international acclaimed brands. I just want to know if it's durable.

It has been okay the sound and visuals are quite good for that price range, it claims to have inbuilt voltage regulator but that is yet to tested. I think I have to use it for 6 months to give a conclusive review. U can go ahead and buy it.

It can be repaired or replaced, I always prefer the latter, as it's cleaner to do, and doesn't get messy. it's as clean as replacing a light bulb. But, Will require the whole board replacement, so it carries a cost.

I have a 43" amani tv, recently,I tried to switch on, normally the the power switch comes up with a red light then later to blue light to display. Once switched on,it bypasses the red light and goes straight to the blue without showing anything. I wanted to confirm if it is a big problem.
