coconut currently. I choose coconut because it's not really practice here in Nigeria. Palm oil is very popular because setting up a large scale is not hard, a seedling of palm may be around 250 to 400 naira. Whereas coconut seedlings is arround 1500 to 3000.

Well done Sir. But let's do comparison does that means coconut is highly demanded than palm both locally and globally and is more profitable compare to palm oil?

More opinion should be submitted it will help a lot as many doesn't know which know which one is more better and profitable in yes of cost and years / duration of harvest.

Not that, it's highly demanded but it produces fruit more than palm, A coconut tree can produce 150 fruit. if you sell one at 500 naira, that's 75k. and palm oil could have like 14 bunches. I don't know how much they make there o.

too much or too little?

I will choose coconut for the following reasons.
Coconut processing is easier to handle compared to oil fruits. Simple equipment are enough to have a little factory. Oil palm requires more cost to establish.

I prefer dwarf coconut. End of discussion
