Fiverr no longer uses buyer request. They switched to something called briefs now.

It's a new feature and I'm not really familiar with it.
I think it works like this: A buyer posts a request then fiverr matches the buyer with sellers. The selected sellers can send briefs to convince the buyer and the buyer picks his choice.

I have soooooooo many people say " You can't make money online with a Nigerian IP or as a Nigerian" . And to be honest, my answer is YES and NO (Thanks BankyW) ..lol
