He challenged the outcome of the election and the personality of the winner. Had he challenged only the outcome of the election, Tinubu and APC won't be rattled like they are now. The Supreme Court would have used technicalities to give Tinubu the case. But now they can use technicalities on the personality of the winner. That is a wise move.
