Religious War In Nigeria by Sevenworldpower(op): 3:48am On Apr 03, 2023
There has been ethnoreligious war even before independence. It is getting worse due to boko haram and specific killing of Christians on allegations of blasphemy in the north. Deborah case for an example.
I don't see way forward for Nigeria. I don't want to deceive myself.
Even the whole world is doomed. Disasters are coming. Preach and spread love. Nothing justifies shedding of human blood.
Re: Religious War In Nigeria by ycat: 3:55am On Apr 03, 2023
I don't see a religious war, what I see coming first is an ethnic war, especially between Yoruba and igbos. We are already in that battle and we will not stop until we win, and that means igbos leaving Yorubaland.

That means end of Nigeria. Ti a n ba fa gburu, gbura a fa igbo. Many non-igbos would also be victims. With romance of the present government with Russia/China/ Islamic power block, option for Anglo-American power block to hold on to eastern nigeria and let her rivals take northen nigeria.
By then yorubas would start ronu. I don't know fate of Middle belt people.

End of Nigeria is the best if you look at it. People are not safe in Nigeria and are not allowed to own guns and conceal carry as allowed all over the world to protect themselves. I can pack my heat through the airport but not sure if we are allowed to bring to Nigeria. You just can't live your dream in that country as it is as a free people. The biggest evil democrats did to America is forcing Russia and China to come together. The eastern Nigeria will be too hot for the US/EU to handle as the minorities take control of their oil, and will sit it out just as they did in Ethiopia especially now that Americans are now questioning why they are always in other people's wars. Also remember that the British is closer to the north. The world powers will only fight with the side that has something they want and the war in Nigeria is different from Ukraine, we will be fighting to separate and these powers will be looking to be on the sides of the ones that are viable.

Who fought for one Nigeria? Greed is what made you to lose biafra war. You would have been in your biafra now if not for your greed of trying to capture Lagos and your senseless invasion. Lagos cost your grandfathers big and you are about to experience the same thing. Just say what we all know, that you can't leave Nigeria because you have it too good, you will have to be forced out.

Arindin! This one is already dead at the mention of war as if war is not how America was born and an option for Nigeria. Am I the one that created this topic? Suegbe, find your girlfriend skirt and hide inside when war comes knocking at your door.
War is a means to correct injustice if you are not a slave.

Don't pray for a war with Ndigbo. We don't see Yorubas as enemies. We know our enemies and they know us too.
What is happening in Lagos presently is ethnic provocation and not even a battle. Ndigbo haven't responded yet. I don't pray we get to that level. We know one Nigeria is the problem and her architects are the only beneficiaries.
Igbos and Yorubas will never benefit from ethnic war some of you Yorubas are pushing for. A mind blinded by hate can't see this until it's already too late.
Support the peaceful division of Nigeria so you can have the full right to place a visa embargo on any particular ethnic group you don't want.
This is a wise counsel.

There were Yoruba boots (3MCs) in Biafran territory before the Lagos move was made. You can cross check the dates to verify for yourself.

The IPOBIANS cannot drag us into any religious war.

They can keep fighting their war with UGM in their potopoto region.

If that was not the case why then was Ojukwu coming thru Ore ?

Does Ore lead to Abuja.

Col. Banjo convinced ojukwu to give him troops that will escort him to the West where he and other yorubas will declare the western republic and be liberated from Nigeria.

Col Banjo betrayed Ojukwu at Ore which lead to a huge lost on the Biafran side.

Col Banjo didn't read Awolowo well. There was no understanding between Banjo and Awolowo. Painful end for Banjo. Yes, Ojukwu miscalculated during the war.

The way the Obidients kept dividing Yorubas into Yoruba Christians and Yoruba Muslims

and the way they continued hammering on it tenaciously especially after being politely Corrected

Was very sinister abnormal and beyond ordinary

it now seems it was part of a deliberate divisive Agenda

It wasn’t even subtle it was full blown in your face

The funny thing was that Peter Obi himself was surrounded by Cultists

How can Ojukwu betray a man he released from prison?
when others refused to release him

This is why History should be taught in our schools....so many false narratives

Not only Osun but after Osun. What matters is that they are all Yorubaland. Go and mind what goes on igboland, abi your region is no longer for the living?

Your dishonesty has become a liability for you.
Why did biafra soldiers invade Yorubaland? Yoruba got involved in the war because you invaded Yorubaland matching "to Lagos to liberate it" as your fathers said.

Igbo have declared war on Yoruba long time ago, Yoruba just woke up to it. The final battle is what you are talking about and it will happen by all means, we are close to that more than ever. You will get the opportunity to kill Yoruba vice versa and in the end our land will be free from igbos.

This war will outlast all other wars ,previously I was advocating igbos to divest from Lagos, but this approach is faulty, lagos should be maintained as a vassal state until Nigeria is either restructured or there is a plebiscite. Igbos should however live in clusters with fellow igbos ,let's see what these weakling whose only achievement is loosing illorin and Lagos to fulani califate and kano business men. Notice how they have cleverly left dangote who owns an equivalent of a local government area in ibeju lekki

Provide the date Benjamin Adekunle and his 3rd Marine Commandoes landed on the shores of Bonny and the date Biafran soldiers got to Ondo border. This alone will tell who invaded each other's territory first.

If you really crave that battle then get ready for it. One thing I can assure you of is that you will regret that war. Other neighbouring tribes can see who is provoking this war. The lies of yesterday have been debunked already.
How someone can explain the attacks on Igbos in an election that involves two Yorubas is what you'll struggle to explain. Those businesses you burnt down you will be forced to pay for.

The insecurity will be challenged and fought better together.

Maybe one of those fought as ecomog soldier should be NSA.
We need ECOMOG soldier to quell the insecurity.
Re: Religious War In Nigeria by ycat: 7:39pm On Apr 07, 2023
You started it, so increase the heat already and stop the "gutter is dirty" talk, abi you dey fear ni? Regret is a thing people experience at one point in life, but when it comes to the war between us, igbos will regret it way more. Igbos are not the only immigrants on Yoruba soil, your vulture attributes have put you in our crosshairs, so you must think other people are as daft as you to think defending our land from you finally after so much abuse and torments, is we causing it.
