it's like Russia, even when not in attack mode, always have contigencies just in case they need one. they waited till the WEST killed a civilian in moscow abi Crimea, to leak these documents.

Moreover, why didn't the Rusians just pretend they didn't know the west's plans. Why notify the entire world they knew their plans ahead of time. maybe it was better revealed, than used against them, afterall, Russia has very little interest hurting Ukraine.

also there are events hardly reported here on nairaland. one is recent failed attempt of Ukrainian missile over Crimea.

They should bother more on what else the Russians already knows but yet to reveal.

Hopefully, the WEST don't end up giving the Russians, enough reasons to want to capture Ukraine completely. They had no intensions till they were forced and now, at least 4-regions have been taken. Should these continue, they just might decide to take more/all and end the silly conflict once and for all.
