This Emilokan Tinubu is a god that deserves to be worshipped. Several people have benefitted from him, even before he became Lagos governor, he sponsored NADECO and Afenifere throughout the June-12 troubles. The resources he used then definitely do not belong to Lagos because he was not Lagos government then.
