I woke up to my Samsung s20 ultra being dead, I have tried charging it but the charging icon does not show up to ascertain if it's charging or not.

I tried the charger with another device and the charger is working properly.
Nothing happened to the phone, I used it around 530 am and when I woke up by 8am it was dead and not charging.

Dunno what to do.

I have tried the volume and power key option, nothing happened.

Please help

Thanks brov. Just like you, I still find it hard to believe its the screen, I tried calling my number and it says switched off and my Watch is not connected as well which means the phone is off. When I press the power button, I don't get a vibration which normally comes up when the phone gets switched. These behavior is making me doubt its the screen but anything can happen tho.

The phone did not fall of hit anything. I'm still surprised.

I've got this phone - Samsung a20s for a while now and there is something it does frequently that seriously annoys me; the phone crashes apps like chrome and play store just like that or won't open the app unless I reboot it.

Please anyone know how I can fix this?

An update to my previous post.

So, I used another S20 ultra locked to T-Mobile to test the screen and battery of the initial phone. The screen and the battery works fine, which narrows the troubleshooting down to the main board. Do any of you have any idea what might have happen to the board or if there will be a possible fix?

dis is beyond Troubleshooting stuff... Try to put active sim inside the phone and call the number... If the phone ring... Then nothing serious with the phone... But if the phone refuse to ring even when the phone battery is still in good condition... Then please just go to any reliable phone technician in your area for proper diagnosed.

I have a Samsung s7 which was working fine before I decided to change the crack screen, a day after changing the screen the phone hanged and wouldn't go beyond the Samsung logo on boot up, the engineer claimed the panel was faulty, which I argued with him, has anyone here experience the same thing, I'm not willing to give up the phone cause I have a whole lot on it that I need to recover.

I took it to an Engineer believing it was screen problem whereby the screen was change and the backlight was working until after two days the problem start again. Does anyone know the problem to it and how it can be resolve... I will really appreciate.

I ain't phone technical... But I think dis might be the phone LCD connector... That's what connect the phone and the screen together... It might be faulty... But seriously I don't know how it can be fixed... A friend had similar issue last year and they said it's the connector... But I don't know the end of the issue...
