Do you understand English at all...? Can't you differentiate between a rerun and a run off election?

The poster said a rerun election, which means having all the contesters on ballot again. That means, a contest between APC and PDP, and that can only be possible, where the court orders for a run off election, but, unfortunately, non of the petitioners is praying the court for a run off, but, for a rerun instead. Therefore, the court cannot on its own, order for a run off, where it is not part of the relief sought before it.

So the constitution is so undemocratic that it will invalidate the votes of the majority and 25% spread in 29 states simply because a candidate did not get 25% in Abuja? Abuja is not compulsory. 36 states and Abuja means that Abuja is not regarded as a state but is just as important as any of the other states. So that makes 37 "states" of which you need ¾. Unless you want to tell us the votes of those in Abuja is more important than the votes of those in Rivers or Lagos.

The constitution is supreme, so Tinubu's criminal energy will not cut it. He must obtain 25 percent of votes cast in FCT, or he cannot be returned as elected.
