Please I need help, how can I disable connectivity through wps button on airtel mifi. Anytime someone sees my mifi, all they need to do is press the button to connect and its affecting me. I have searched online but nothing helpful. I need your help before they finish my data for me without knowing

Why do you keep handling over your Wi-Fi to people?

Solution is logging in to the AIRTEL Wi-Fi dashboard and selecting only 1 user. Then only you can be connected at once.

You select two users if you have two devices to be connected to it.

Stop giving someone your Wi-Fi or phone. This is personal belongings for goodness sake

The WPS push to connect can also be disabled from the Mifi settings.

Open a web browser, then type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar.

Enter the administrator username and password (the default username is admin, and the default password is admin).

Select Advanced Settings > Wireless.

Choose WPS from the tab.

Move the Enable WPS toggle switch to the off position.
