Dude is relying on technical ground to win the petition for their master meaning they have no substantial defence against LP and Peter Obi. They didn't even have solid argument for their 25% requirement for Abuja and Tinubu drug cases.

Sadly, for them, the Appeal Court, today in a separate suite filled by APM or whatever their is, destroyed the only little leg APC is hanging on for survival.

How can you rely on technicalities to win a 100-page petition when a precedent had already been established in Edo. Obaseki defeated to PDP after being screened by APC but went on to win the election.

LP NWC has the right to grant waivers to any defeating politician.

In essence you have the waiver in your house

Obi should have included Atiku in his petition. That's the only strong argument/technicality I see in the response.

Well this was one of the reasons APC tried to change labour party leadership and NWC, an APC backed labour party chairman would have given APC, obi's disqualification letter, but it didn't pan out as they planned, so the only option on the table now, is to delay proceedings as much as possible, while looking for loopholes and moles in labour party to use as backstabbers, any little thing that they can hand their judges to use against obi, or drag the case until Nigerians became tired.
