APC Lawyers Responds , Says Peter Obi Is Not Qualified To Contest For President Because Of The Following Reasons::

1- Peter Obi was successfully cleared to Contest for PDP Presidential Primary and Also received his Certificate of Clearance on 30 April 2022.

2- Peter Gregory Obi withdrew from PDP primaries on May 12th, 2022, less than a week to Labour Party's presidential election.

3. According to Section 77 of the Electoral Act 2022 as amended, "each party is required to maintain a membership register in hard and soft copy and to make such register available to the Commission not later than 30 days before the date fixed for
primaries, congresses and conventions".

Peter obi snub all those people they are just falacies

Abeg change "Layers" to Lawyers first.

the act did not say that parties shouldn't admit any new member after submission of the list. if the act was violated, INEC wouldn't have included his name in the ballot.

Even a junior solicitor will throw this trash out. It's an internal party issue. Only a LP candidate can contest this. Besides the court had thrown out APM's case in this regard earlier.

Double nomination is clearly stated in the law. Besides, there are other prayers in Peter Obi's petition, especially the one about Tinubu's drug case.
