the Constitution of this country forbids anyone facing a criminal charges against him in a court of law from being sworn in as the president, I believe that tinubu has alot of controversies that the opposition can exploit, the issues of the bola tinubu that got admition into the Chicago state University being a female and not a male and revisiting his drug. case in the USA is a very m mm good way to stop him.

I have not seen this point discuss in any forum.*
