Ordinary the call center agents should be capable but will claim they don't have the service. When a number is dial, it receives signals from the nearest towers/mast. Such person could be "Triangulated" but, no. We don't have the service to help you, that's what customer service keeps saying.
Another expensive means is to sell or intend to do business with the scammer using a different account and request visiting or meeting, note: you must give juicy or mouth watering offer.
