Election is war with Bello. The guy will invent new ways to rig that has never been heard of. Can you imagine spoiling a tarred road so that inec materials can't pass through during Natasha Akpotis election and claiming you don't want bandits to pass that's why you dug a wide hole on the ground to stop cars and peoplefrom passing across. And he did this in about 6 different roads.
