If you can, please be present whenever any work is to be done on your car, even if it's mere servicing or even Tyre air fill-up.. Before one weyrey mechanic leaves one part or nut loose and kills you for nothing.

Confirm that the car's exhaust Catalysts are intact, and don't hesitate to summon soldiers on any bagga that messes with those.. After any service or repair work, be careful to observe any change in engine sound and if possible, go under the car and be sure there are no new weldings or attachments.. In fact, warn every mechanic that's to work on your vehicle about your Catalysts

Lastly, try as much as possible to do preventive maintenance on your vehicle and drive carefully because these Nigerian Mechanics are mostly the worst kind.. They will almost always create another problem in your vehicle after solving one.

Ignore that fellow. 2GR FE wey i flog for my Avalon. Damn reliable engine! and damn powerful too! I copped 14k kms in less than a year. Any small excuse that year, i done dey travel go east. The only things i changed within that period were linkages, brakes, tyres and normal servicing.

Where in Lagos because av been searching for it, I need clean and working perfectly 06/07

It won't. Going to 1yr now, no single issue except fuel pump issue cuz I bought fuel mixed with water. Nd ofcourse oil nd brake pads change

Finally, some Nigerian used cars can compete or even be better than tokunbo
