Without any introduction.

1. He summitted a forge Chicago State university certificate to INEC. He lied on INEC form when asked if his certificate is fake hence, committing perjury. This also raise doubt of his true identity. He may as well committed identity theft/impersonation.

2. He also lied on the INEC form that he doesn't have dual citizenship but he holds Guinea diplomatic passport.

3. According to results uploaded on IREV portal Tinubu did not score the votes in Rivers, Edo, and other states as declared by INEC. Some other results on the portal are missing, blur and results from other states were wrongly uploaded. Where did INEC get the polling units it used to declare Tinubu winner.

4. Tinubu did not get 25% from Abuja.
Based on previous ruling by Supreme Court, Abuja has a special status. It is not compulsory for any candidate to win it but should score at least 25% of the total votes.

5. The drug related case is obvious now. He forfeited over 400,000 dollar to US govt from proceeds of heroine according to documents obtain from the court. It is left for the court to decide if he is an ex convict and not fit to run as President.

Why should I rely on information that the source is not credible?...Nobody will sue Hundeyin because this is just a cheap blackmail on Tinubus personality .

Of a truth, the only case I see here is No 3.

Will there be enough circumstantial evidence enough to upturn the election? With the time and witnesses to back up with, in a Presidential election? I don't want to say hope is non-existent, it's quite slim.

Focusing on the message, is there any allegation made that as not being tried in court at different times.
Some of you so called obedient are just daft, did you know before the party primaries most of these allegations were tried and strike out of court.
Chicago state university as come out to authenticate Tinubu graduated with distinction in there university and we have seen US embassy issued statement to exonerate Tinubu of any crime records so what can peter Obi do to undo that

Look at Buhari/Adeleke/Obaseki waec issue, it's only the issuing authority that can confirm the authenticity of their certificates.Since they have evidence, they should simply go to the court with the evidences they have.LP can't be the judge in a matter they have interest in and the judges too will not base their judgements on emotions.
