No my dear friend, the price you said is impossible firstly empty half plot of land here is 2.5m - 3m okay plus the property it is worth more than the price I placed on it but because of time it's like a giveaway price. I know we don't have good banks to lend money if not I wouldn't put it for sale besides this is a property you will buy with comfort because my own house is beside it.

I have one and half plots of land with properties on both sides so I have mapped out the half plot to sell and raise money that's just it
