These are the names of members of the Union. The project is from the Union's money. Not that they came together specifically for this project but they just took money from the Union's purse and did the project

A foreign igbo medical doctor last year donated N700m to university of ibadan and the igbo nation moved without a single wimp

We should applaud this act do as to encourage others in other regions. I'm yoruba but I haven't heard of a group in yoruba land doing all what these igbo people do for their community.
