That house is on a 1200 square meters of land. A plot of land on that road is around 700-750 thousand naira, per square meter. Sandalili bought the land with properties on it. Demolished it to build this structure.

Imagine a senior advocate of nonsense that always attacking Mr Peter Obi. They are the reasons why Nigeria Is deeply indebted. They are still borrowing in the name of palliatives to cushion the effects of subsidy removal.
